Searching Your Data
Last updated: April 1, 2026
Finding Information in Your Files
Once your files have finished processing, they become searchable within Horizons. You can use the main search bar to search across your uploaded data and all other available datasets at the same time.
How search works
Your data is treated like any other dataset in Horizons. This means you can apply the same search techniques, filters, and workflows you’re already familiar with.
If you’re looking for something specific, you can narrow your search to a particular dataset or even a single file.
Getting better results
Search works best when you start broad and then refine your results. Using filters can help you quickly narrow down large result sets, especially when working with multiple datasets.
If your results don’t appear right away, it may be because your file is still processing. Once processing is complete, it will become searchable automatically.
