Common Issues, Storage, and Support

Upload issues

If an upload fails, it is usually due to one of the following:

  • The file type is not supported

  • The file is corrupted

  • You have reached your storage limit

Retrying the upload or adjusting the file often resolves the issue.

Storage limits

Each user has a default storage limit of 10 GB, which includes all files across all datasets.

Once you reach this limit, new uploads will not go through. Your existing data will remain available, but you will need to free up space or request additional storage to continue uploading.

Files not appearing

If your file does not appear or is not searchable:

  • Wait for processing to complete

  • Refresh the page

  • Try your search again

If the issue continues, it may require support.

Security and validation

All uploaded files are validated and scanned as part of the upload process. Files that do not meet requirements will not be accepted into the platform.
