Controlling Access to Your Data

BYOD is designed with privacy in mind. By default, your datasets are only visible to you. This ensures that your data remains secure unless you choose to share it.

Sharing your datasets

You can share datasets with other users in your group when collaboration is needed. When sharing, you can define the level of access each user has.

• Viewers can see and search the data

• Editors can upload files and make changes

This allows you to collaborate while still maintaining control over your data.

Managing access

Access can be updated or removed at any time. In some cases, access may also be set to expire, depending on your organization’s setup.

Limitations

Sharing is limited to users within your group. External or public sharing is not supported in the current version. If broader access is needed, it should be handled through your administrator or support team.
