Am I free to use files downloaded from Horizons? How do I cite information that I found using the application?

We absolutely encourage usage of the data held in Horizons for analytical, journalistic, and research purposes. If you would like to make data held in Horizons public as part of a published presentation, report, or investigation, you must first receive approval from communications@c4ads.org.

This review process helps us maintain transparency, confirm the appropriate use of our data, and protect the integrity of sensitive work. If you are granted approval to use data from Horizons publicly, we ask that you please cite the relevant document to Horizons as the source of the information.

Repeated failure to acquire approval for data to be used in public reporting or to attribute information derived from Horizons can lead to the revocation of account access.
